Booked a weekend stay at Pension Neuer Markt. Perfect location with easy access to all major sights in the city center. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast options. Loved the old, Viennese-style building with an elevator. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Will definitely be returning to this quiet, yet central hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right on the square and within walking distance to all important sightseeing in the old town. The room was fine and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good.
The walls were perhaps a bit thinner than we'd like, but it didn't disturb us much during our stay.

Great location close to all attractions, daily room cleaning, traditional hotel with old furnishings. Outstanding experience, friendly and professional staff. Good airport transfer service. Recommended to friends. Nice view of small plaza. Rooms with tall ceilings and soundproof windows. Breakfast served with fancy silverware on tablecloth-covered tables. Close to metro station. Hotel offers early morning tour and Fiaker ride back to the city center from Prater Park.

Close to everything you need to see in Vienna! The subway, the ticket office, and street vendors are all just a stone's throw away. The location couldn't be more convenient. The room was clean and the temperature was perfect. And the breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Vienna.

The value for money at Pension Neuer Markt was unbeatable - a big enough room with all amenities for 124 Euro in such a central location. The staff were fantastic, providing excellent service, always ready to help and giving good advice on visiting Vienna. The comfortable room and solid continental breakfast added to our enjoyable stay.

the location is excellent, within walking distance of all tourist attractions. our room had a nice view of a small plaza. the staff were friendly, polite, and professional. it was a outstanding experience from the warm welcome to the good airport transfer service.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right near the main attractions and easy to get around. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom was extremely tiny, even by European standards.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Vienna, just a short walk away from St Stephan's Cathedral, Mozart Haus, and the State Opera House. The location is truly unbeatable, with a metro station also conveniently nearby. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, especially on the upper floors, are well-appointed and comfortable.
